September, 2019: I used it when I transferred in ATL. It was quite convenient. However I felt the pod I was in was quite crammed and the seat was quite close to a table. It was still better than nothing.

It did take me less than 5 minutes to get the pod unlocked. Since I traveled with my baby in a baby carrier, I could just operate my phone to get in. I also didn’t need to worry about having no space for the stroller (or just have husband holds it).
