Packing list

Here is a list of items that I packed for a 3-day air travel within the state.

  1. Feeding
    1. Infrared thermometer (we use this to check the temperature of the milk) (optional)
    2. 2x Bottles and nipples / sippy cups
    3. Bottle brush and travel drying rack (travel version)
    4. Soap
    5. Bibs
    6. Breast pumps (if needed)
    7. Batteries for pumps (if needed)
    8. Nipple pads
    9. Nipple cream
    10. Bottle warmer (travel version)
    11. Extra bottle for milk storage
    12. Ice pack (optional)
    13. Formula (travel packs Enfanmil/Similac 4oz)
    14. Sanitizing bags (microwavable, travel use)
    15. If baby starts to eat solids:
      • feeding spoon and carrying case
      • baby food in cans or pouches
      • any bowls
      • Portable bootster seat
      • scissors for cutting food
      • splash mat
  2. Bath
    1. Beach Towels (for drying) – Or use the hotel towel
    2. Foam/sponge
    3. Wash cloth (one for washing, one for drying hair)
    4. Soap
    5. Lotion
    6. Comb/brush
  3. Sleep
    1. Crib sheet (optional)
    2. Blanket
    3. Belly wrap (optional)
    4. Foam/mattress (optional)
    5. comfort blanket / pacifier
    6. Pack and Play (optional) – We request it at the hotel.
  4. Transportation / Air travel remedy
    1. Car seat (or rental)
    2. Car seat base (or rental)
    3. Stroller
    4. Baby carrier with Hip Seat
    5. Diaper bag
  5. Hygenie( daily)
    1. Diapers (4x per day)
    2. Wet wipes
    3. Tissues
    4. Pee pads (disposable)  x 10 (the one for pets)
    5. Diaper rash cream (small)
    6. Snotsucker / bulb (not suitable probably after 3-4 months)
    7. Saline spray
    8. Nail clipper and filer (or at least filer)
    9. Onesies for enough days (1x per day + 2 backups)
    10. sanitizer
    11. If the baby has teeth:
      • tooth brush
      • tooth paste
      • wash cloth to wipe down tooth paste in mouth
  6. Emergency
    1. Baby Tylenol  or buy if needed.
    2. Thermometer
    3. first aid kit
  7. Exercise/Entertainment/learning/soothing
    1. Pacifier (if needed)
    2. Toys or teething rings
    3. Books
    4. Exercise mat (Or use king size bed, pillows, and comforter as barrier)
  8. Outdoor
    1. Sunglasses
    2. Sunscreen
    3. Hat
    4. Wind cover for carseat (optional)
    5. Socks

    8. Jackets / thin cover
